The Problems

Fragmented Services

01

Addiction and mental health services in Canada operate in silos, making access to care difficult.

02

Real-time Services

Wait lists, and referral packages hinder the ability to access real-time service.

03

Money, Ego, and Turf (MET) Conflicts

Funding competition and power struggles between organizations limit collaboration.

Outdated Funding Models

04

Current philanthropic and government funding models do not track real-time service impact, reducing efficiency.

05

Manpower

Smaller providers or operators may not have the ability to have staff able to track and apply for funding grants or fill out RFP's.

The Solution

People who need assistance enter our system at any of our partner organizations, and as their needs are assessed, our centralized hub coordinates addiction services, housing, mental health services, and access to food items through community offerings, ensuring seamless access for individuals.

The model:

  • Single point entry for real-time services

  • Uses data-driven decision-making to track real-time service outcomes.

  • Ensures inclusive funding, allowing diverse providers to participate.

  • Reduces administrative barriers and improves service coordination.
